The MINDBODY® app allows you to book classes and appointments with MINDBODY businesses from your mobile device. If needed, you can cancel these reservations through the MINDBODY app as well.
How to cancel a reservation:
- Tap the Menu icon at the top left corner of your screen.
- Select Schedule from the main menu.
- Choose an upcoming class or appointment you've scheduled.
- Tap Cancel at the bottom of the screen.
How do I reschedule?
After completing your cancellation, just use your app to re-book your class or appointment at the desired time.
Why do I have to call to cancel?
If you're asked to call the business in order to cancel a class, this means the business does not allow online cancellations for your service. You'll need to speak to the business directly to discuss what options they can offer you.
Cancellation terms are set by each business, and may vary by location. Depending on your studio's policies, you may still be charged for canceling a visit. In these instances, the MINDBODY app will let you know if a penalty applies prior to completing the cancellation.
