Typically, you'll receive a confirmation email or text from the business letting you know that your appointment request has been confirmed.
You can check requests in your app by tapping Schedule at the bottom. If the appointment shows "Booked," your appointment request has been confirmed.
If the business chooses not to send confirmation emails through MINDBODY, you may not receive confirmation of the appointment. If you don't receive an email or a text message, we recommend reaching out directly to the business to ensure your request has been received.
