Many of the questions and concerns we receive from business owners—"I'm having trouble finding my business in the app," for example—can be quickly resolved with a search in the MINDBODY Support Center or by getting in touch with a MINDBODY representative.

For troubleshooting assistance, please log in to your full MINDBODY software and select the "Help" menu at the top-right corner of your screen, then select the option that works best for you.
