Some businesses allow their clients to terminate their membership online.
To cancel your contract online, follow these steps:
- Click Here and search the Businesses name.
- Log in to the business's website. (the login you use for the App is separate, if you can't remember your online login or you have never logged into the Businesses site before click "Need Password?" to reset or create a password.
- Once you are logged in click on the My Info tab, then Account.
- Select Auto Pays and click on Terminate next to the contract you wish to cancel.
If the business does not allow for online termination, you'll need to speak with the business directly to request the cancellation.
