• Check to ensure that VPN (virtual private network) is disabled on your device as not all virtual private network's are compatible with the MINDBODY app.
  • Check your cellular connection to make sure you have a strong signal as the app requires a  full signal to run successfully.
  • Connect to WiFI if your cellular connection is spotty. 
  • Remove and reinstall the MINDBODY app if none of the above is applicable. 
  • Ensure that cellular data is enabled for the MINDBODY app under your device Settings if applicable.
