To start, tap on the Profile icon at the bottom of your screen.
Then, tap on Settings gear > Wallet.
From the Payment screen, you'll have a number of options:
Tap on your current stored card then tap on Delete this card.
Then, remove the MINDBODY app off of your mobile device and reinstall it. Once the app has been reinstalled follow these steps HERE to re-enter your payment information.
Note: If you're still experiencing check out issues then you will need to make the purchase on the business's website or contact the business by phone or email. You can search for a business at clients.mindbodyonline.com. When you find the business, log in to their online MINDBODY page and click the Online store tab to make a purchase.
