If you have an Account Credit with a business that is listed within the MINDBODY app you are able to view your balance and use the credit to purchase services via the business' MINDBODY site. 

It is not possible to use your Account Credit to pay for services within the MINDBODY app. 

Please follow the steps below to view your Account Credit: 

  1. Search for the business on clients.mindbodyonline.com.
  2. Log in to their online MINDBODY page using your online login. This may be different than the login you use in the app. If you don't have an online login for the business’ site, click "Need Password?" to create one.
  3. Click My Info. 
  4. Click Account from the sub-menu. 
  5. Under Account Information you will be able to see your Account Balance

It should look something like this (please note some businesses change the wording within their site):

Please follow the steps below to use your Account Credit.

  1. Search for the business on clients.mindbodyonline.com.
  2. Log in to their online MINDBODY page using your online login. This may be different than the login you use in the app. If you don't have an online login for the business’ site, click "Need Password?" to create one.
  3. Click Online Store
  4. Choose the product or service you would like to purchase. 
  5. Click Check Out. 
  6. Here you will be asked if you would like to use your credit to pay for the service. Click yes to use the credit (see image below).
  7. Click Place Order.
