This article is for MINDBODY users that have completed the verification steps with their old email and need to move attached passes and visits to your updated email address.
🚨In order for your passes and visits to appear in the app, you must update your email with each business before updating your email in the MINDBODY app. You will have to login to the studio's website to complete this process.
To change your email on the MINDBODY app
- Logout of the MINDBODY app if you have not already
- Select continue with email
- Select the email that is in the field
- Remove the email by deleting it with your keyboard
- Enter your email into the field
- Enter in a password that is 8 - 15 characters
- Select confirm only if you have already updated your email on file with all studios you are wanting to sync visits and passes to
- Select Profile to confirm that you see your correct Schedule and Passes
👀 To clarify any confusion, when changing your email, the app will always say "New to the app? Let's create your login!"
