When you purchase a pass on MINDBODY for a business or on a business' website, you will be sent a receipt from the studio to your inbox associated with the email address you used to login to the app

If the studio no longer uses MINDBODY software you will have to reach out to the business since you will not be able to login to their MINDBODY site


  • You can always search your mailbox for "MINDBODY" or the name of the business
  • Since all of your purchase information is held within the online site for each business you purchase with, you would need to login to the business' site for that business to view detailed information
  • You can also always request a full invoice or individual receipt from any business upon contacting them directly as needed
