Each business has unique policies regarding purchases, reservations, and their overall terms & conditions. MINDBODY is here to help connect you with those businesses and to explain your account, should any questions arise.

All passes purchased are a legal property of the business you book with, therefore, they are the only authorized party to approve and update those transaction details. As such, contacting the studio staff directly to request extending your pass is the easiest and quickest way to handle an extension request.

For those DIY'ers out there, most businesses studio policies can be found within the pages of the studio's website such as Info, Contact Us, About Us, Policies, General, etc.
