The MINDBODY® app works by syncing the email address you used to register through the app to the email address on file with all of your favorite local businesses. For this reason, it's important to use the same email address—and the same first and last name—in both places.

If you signed up with the wrong email address, simply log out of the app and create a new account with the proper email address, then you'll want to update your email address for your account on file with the businesses desktop site by following these steps here: How do I update my email address on file with a business?


Once synced, you should have access to all of your favorite classes and passes.
